A: Well there are two sorts of covers. You have those plastic bubble covers, and you have the large roll up foam covers which are a much better insulator. The plastic covers are much less expensive.
For the bubble covers I need the size of the pool, and we get one a little larger and cut it to fit. With commercial covers we need an accurate drawing of the pool shape and size showing ladders and they are custom made to fit.
The bubble covers, also known as solar blankets, are usually a few hundred dollars or less depending on size though large ones can be expensive. The larger commercial covers are usually 10,000 dollars or more, save you a lot of heat energy and last for many years,
